Return & Refund Policy – HAIRZEN.CO

LOMINA LTD, owner of HAIRZEN.CO, offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

This policy applies to online payments only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

⚠️ Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be returned in original condition

  • Unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days
